It is the Responsibility of our customers to review and understand our strict shipping and returns policies when making purchases.
Please understand we must follow the protocols listed below for all online sales through Secret Sneaker Store (SSS).

- Orders over $200AUD: Free Shipping via Australia Post
- Orders under $200AUD: Shipping fee varies by Location.
- International shipping is available via DHL
- Instore pick up is available and free of charge.
When placing an online order through Secret Sneaker Store (SSS), all items are shipped through Australia Post. Shipping estimates are therefore provided through the Australia Post website once the shipment has left our warehouse. Please note that SSS is not responsible for items lost in transit caused by Australia post - we do offer insurance with shipping at checkout to fully cover you if your parcel is lost.
Shipping Within Australia
Shipping within Australia through Secret Sneaker Store (SSS) is completed through Australia Post.
- Standard Domestic Shipping is 3 - 6 business days (except WA which could take up to 7 business days).
- Express Domestic Shipping is 1 - 5 business days (except WA which could take up to 5 business days)
- Instore pickup is usually ready within 24 hours.
Shipping Outside Australia
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
Hence for international shipping, prices and estimated shipping times may vary - depending on customs laws and distance from Australia.
ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. By placing an order on our website, you agree that SSS is not responsible for any custom duties, fees or taxes incurred as a result of your purchase.
Custom inspections and import taxes are not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be before placing an order.
- Where a custom duties, fees or taxes has been charged to you from your local authority as a result of your purchase, you must pay the amount to your local authority. Failure to do so means you forfeit your purchase and you will not be eligible for a refund.
For NZ customers and NZ deliveries:
We will collect New Zealand GST on your purchase, however customs may still charge you import duties, levies and fees.
All orders are shipped from our store locations or warehouse via Australia Post.
Once exported from Australia, parcels are transferred to your countries most reliable shipping service.
Returns Policy for Non-SSS Brand Items
At Secret Sneaker Store (SSS), because we are a consignment store, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Secret Sneaker Store does not accept refunds or exchanges unless the items is faulty or not as described as per ACCC regulations. However, there are certain circumstances which can warrant a refund.
*Returns and exchanges due to items being faulty or not as described will only be accepted 7 days from the date of purchase and should not have been worn, replaced and should be in the condition they were sold in.
*For pre-orders. refunds are only acceptable when the item has not yet been shipped and refunds on pre-orders will incur a 10% fee of the total transaction amount to cover admin and transaction fees cost.

In-store and Online returns Policy for Non SSS Brand items
For purchases made online or in-store, we do not accept returns or exchanges regarding issues with size or colourway.
However, if a purchase is made In-store or Online whereby the item is faulty or not as described, we are able to provide a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Returns Policy for SSS Brand Items
*For SSS brand in house merchandise: Returns for store credit and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Please email us at [email protected] to process store credit / exchange.
Online returns for store credit / exchanges: Customers will need to cover postage and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product arrives in our hands in perfect resaleable condition. The item must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and packaging. Please ensure to keep all proof of shipment and tracking info*
Instore returns for store credit / exchanges: You can visit any one of our branches with your item. The item must be in perfect resaleable condition. The item must be unused, unwashed with original tags attached and packaging. A receipt for proof of purchase is also required
** We do not offer exchanges on already exchanged items.
*** Only store credits are available during sale periods, as we can not guarantee your exchanged item will stay in stock. If items are purchased during a sale period, exchanging them for another product will mean you need to pay RRP on that product instead of its sale price if the sale has ended.
**** Sometimes, your desired product may go out of stock during the exchange process. If this occurs, we will automatically issue you a store credit for the value of the returned product.
***** We do not offer returns on some items, including socks, hats, and accessories.
****** Items purchased online can be returned for a store credit or exchange in-store, and vice versa. Please note if returning items in-store, proof of purchase is required.
Secret Sneaker Store (SSS) reserves the right to provide refunds when necessary. Each situation will be judged on a 'case-by-case' basis.
