  • Offer only applies to a spend of over $100 on Realism.
  • Offer only applies once per transaction.
  • Tee selection is random and customers may not choose what tees to receive.
  • If a customer wishes to refund their transaction, the mystery tee must also be returned.
  • A customer may choose to get an exchange for a different style and / or size, with the balance paid if the ite is of higher value.

  • Customers are eligible to receive a gift once a transaction amount has been reached:

  • A customer may return items provided that the gifted item will also be returned
  • A customer my exchange items for a different style or colour of same or lesser value. If the item is of greater value, the difference will be paid by the customer

REALISM 2024 EOFY EVENT
  • Returns for store credit and exchanges are only considered within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please email us at [email protected] to process your store credit or exchange.
  • Online purchases may be returned or exchanged online or in-store.
  • Exchanges & returns will only be accepted for products in resaleable condition. Items must be unused, unwashed and with original packaging and tags attached
  • If returning for store credit / exchanging online:
    • Customers will have to cover postage costs and ensure the product arrives safely to Secret Sneaker Store. Please keep all proof of shipment & tracking info.
  • If returning for store credit / exchanging in-store:
    • Please bring a receipt (if purchased in-store) or show us the email order confirmation (either printed or digital copy) to help us process your return / exchange quicker.
  • Additional:
    • We do not offer exchanges for already exchanged items.
    • If a desired product is no longer in stock during the exchange process, the value as the returned product will automatically be issued as store credit.
    • We do not offer refunds on items such as socks, hats, accessories for hygiene and other reasons.
FROSTY FRENZY BUNDLE PROMO
  • Customers are eligible to purchase 2 items from the same bundle category for the following amounts:

  • Customer may return items from a bundle promotion for store credit within 14 days, provided the item is in resaleable condition.
  • A customer may exchange the item for a different style item of same or lesser value, if they would like to swap for an item of higher value, then they will just be required to pay the difference in the full price cost.
  • If the customer only wants to return 1 of the 2 items from a bundle sale, the store credit issued from the return will be calculated such that the item the customer is keeping would be charged at full price.
  • Bundles may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

  • Customers are eligible to receive 1 pair of Realism Socks for free with any Realism Hoodie purchase by using the code "WINTERWARMERS".
  • To redeem the offer, customers must have a Realism hoodie and a Realism sock product in their cart during checkout.
  • Customers have 4 choices Realism socks to choose from:
