When a consigned item is purchased, payment is issued directly to the owner of the item. Secret Sneaker Store only retains a commission and does not hold the full sale amount.
Because consignors are paid out once their item sells, we are unable to reverse the transaction, reclaim funds, or process returns or exchanges for consignment products.
If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, the best alternative we can offer is to re-consign the item through our store. Consignment fees apply, which means you will receive 78–80% of the final sale price once the item sells. Pricing can be adjusted to help you recover closer to the original purchase amount; however, higher pricing may result in longer sell times.
