Please note that all sales are final except for certain cases when we can warrant a refund. SSS Online is a consignment marketplace, meaning all items we carry and offer on this site are provided by independent owners. Once an item sells, the owner receives payment for their merchandise. Because of this, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

The next best alternative we can offer is to re-consign the item and we can sell it off for you. There will be a 20% consignment fee but at least you will get some money back when it sells.

*For SSS brand in house merchandise: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 7 days. Please email us at [email protected] to process a return/exchange, customers will need to cover postage and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product arrives in our hands in an unused, unwashed condition with original packaging. Please ensure to keep all proof of shipment and tracking info*

*For pre-orders. refunds are only acceptable when the item has not yet been shipped and refunds on pre-orders will incur a 10% fee of the total transaction amount to cover admin and transaction fees cost.

If you are concerned about the sizing for a particular style of shoe, we recommend that you come in store to try it on before you buy! If you live too far from our stores, the best we can do is provide you with the best information possible, but please note that comfort preferences vary for each person.

Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. Feel free to contact us with any questions and we will gladly help you out!
